About

About Us

Since 1986, we’ve provided a full-service compounding pharmacy located in Columbia, Tennessee. As active members of the PCCA, RX Compound Centre uses the highest quality and state-of-the-are technology to formulate medications that meet your doctors exact specifications while also customizing them to you. Backed by experience, advanced technology, and a complete inventory of chemicals and ingredients. Your prescription will be prepared individually by an experienced compounding pharmacist. Compounding is the practice of customizing a pharmaceutical to meet a patient’s individual needs. This could include changing the dose, adding flavor, or removing ingredients the patient is allergic to. A pharmacy that specializes in compounding can customize medications for each patient, even your pets!

Some of these unique methods include Transdermal Gels, Flavored Medications and Liquid Medications for patients and animals who have trouble swallowing large pills.
We are strictly a non-sterile compounding facility. We do not compound nor manufacture injectable medications.

Speak with your local pharmacist Jonathan Bain, PharmD, BCCCP, BCPS and his team of 8 qualified staff members with over 100 years of combined experience in pharmacy and compounding.

Meet Your Team

The members of our legal team are highly trained and experienced. Each and every one of them is completely dedicated to your case.

Our Shipping Policy

We do not guarantee ship times as production speed is based on the current volume of orders we have. Each compounded prescription is made individually and as such it may take longer to get your medication than when you order through a traditional retail pharmacy. Tracking information can be sent by giving your email to the representative when you place your order.

Our Return Policy

There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges on compounded medications. The buyer assumes all responsibilities after purchase. We cannot legally accept a returned medication as it has been custom compounded for you based on a prescription order. Do not return your medications to our pharmacy unless specifically instructed to do so by a staff member.

Insurance

Unfortunately, most compounded prescriptions are not covered under insurance. We do not file with any insurance companies. We can provide insurance information upon request for you to turn in to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. You must check with your provider to determine eligibility.

HSAs and FSAs can be used for a variety of prescription medications. We are full licensed to run most of these plans and would be happy to work with you on that.
